Our most immersive offering, The Haven Elevated Celebration is crafted for larger gatherings seeking a dynamic and engaging creative experience. In addition to the full guided painting session, this package includes one creative add-on to expand the experience beyond the canvas. This experience includes canvas, paints, brushes, a step-by-step guided class, and one creative add-on (such as a mini paint throwing experience or bracelet-making activity), all within the complete Haven Art Studio setting. Available for private booking on Fridays or Saturdays from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. • Up to 20 guests included • Total investment: $650 • Additional guest: $15 each A 50% non-refundable retainer ($325) is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellation Policy
Reservations & Deposit To reserve your private experience, a non-refundable deposit is required: • The Haven Essentials Experience / 10 Guests included - Total: $350 | Deposit: $175 • The Haven Signature Experience / 15 Guests included - Total: $500 | Deposit: $250 • The Haven Elevated Celebration / 20 Guests included - Total: $650 | Deposit: $325 The deposit is applied toward the total balance, which must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. Unpaid reservations may be released. Guest Confirmation Final guest count must be confirmed at least 5 days prior. Billing will reflect the confirmed number of guests. Late changes may not be accommodated. Cancellations & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable, as each gathering is intentionally prepared and reserved. Events canceled 7+ days in advance may be rescheduled once (subject to availability). Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit all payments. Rescheduled events must occur within 45 days. Event Experience Each gathering is designed within a dedicated timeframe. We kindly ask guests to arrive and depart as scheduled to preserve the flow of the studio. Additional time may be accommodated upon request, with applicable fees. Studio Preparation All materials are curated and prepared for your experience. Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes early for light, pre-approved décor. We ask that all personal items be removed at the conclusion of the event. Food & Beverages Outside food and beverages are welcome. We encourage a mindful use of the space, with hosts overseeing any items brought into the studio. Clients are responsible for managing and clearing their items. Guest Conduct To maintain a refined and welcoming atmosphere, respectful conduct is expected. Haven Art Studio reserves the right to conclude an event without refund in cases of disruptive or unsafe behavior. The booking client is responsible for all attendees. Liability & Damages Participation is at guests’ discretion. Haven Art Studio is not responsible for injuries or unattended belongings. Any damage to the space or materials beyond normal use will be assessed and charged accordingly.
