By purchasing a ticket or booking a Haven Art Studio experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

EVENT RESERVATIONS
Tickets reserve a limited space for a specific Haven Art Studio experience. Materials, supplies, and event preparation are purchased and prepared based on confirmed reservations.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
All ticket sales are final. Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled experience are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest at no additional charge. Haven Art Studio must be notified of the new attendee’s name before the event.

Credits, rescheduling, or transfers to a future experience are not guaranteed and may be offered by Haven Art Studio as a one-time courtesy at its discretion.

NO-SHOWS
Guests who do not attend their scheduled experience without prior notice are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Haven Art Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details, including materials, facilitators, timing, or venue arrangements when necessary.

If Haven Art Studio cancels an experience, guests will be offered a refund or the option to transfer the value of their ticket to a future Haven Art Studio experience.

PARTNER VENUES
Haven Art Studio experiences may take place at independently owned partner venues. Food, beverages, alcohol, venue services, and purchases made directly through the venue are separate from the Haven Art Studio ticket unless specifically stated otherwise. Guests are expected to follow all applicable venue policies.

PARTICIPATION & SAFETY
Guests agree to follow facilitator instructions and use materials and equipment appropriately. Participation in creative activities is voluntary and may involve materials that can stain clothing or personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their personal property.

Haven Art Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation when conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or interferes with the experience of other guests.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Photos and videos may be taken during Haven Art Studio experiences for marketing and promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in Haven Art Studio photography or video should notify a team member before the experience begins.

CREATIVE RESULTS
Haven Art Studio experiences are designed to encourage creativity and individual expression. Because projects are handmade, individual results will vary. Variations and imperfections are a natural part of the creative process.
