Cancellation Policy

By booking a private event with Haven Art Studio LLC (“Haven”), the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received and written confirmation is issued by Haven. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund. The Client must provide a final guest count at least 7 days before the event. After that date, the guest count cannot be reduced. Private events are sold as group packages, and the Client is responsible for the agreed package price regardless of attendance. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued for absent guests. Client cancellations do not entitle the Client to a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Haven reserves the right to reschedule events due to severe weather, emergencies, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe event environment and for the conduct of all guests. Haven reserves the right to stop or terminate any event without refund if participants engage in unsafe, illegal, abusive, disruptive, intoxicated, or threatening behavior. Participants acknowledge that art activities involve inherent risks. By participating, all attendees voluntarily assume those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Haven Art Studio LLC, its owners, employees, independent contractors, instructors, assistants, volunteers, and venue partners shall not be liable for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from ordinary negligence. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct where prohibited by law. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Haven Art Studio LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and attorney’s fees arising from the actions or negligence of the Client or their guests. All artwork, class concepts, logos, photographs, and instructional materials remain the intellectual property of Haven Art Studio LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
