Thank you for choosing Haven Art Studio LLC ("Haven") for your creative experience. Our goal is to make the booking process simple, transparent, and enjoyable while providing exceptional mobile art experiences at the location of your choice.
By booking any private creative experience with Haven Art Studio LLC, the Client agrees to the following Booking Policy.
Event Location
Haven Art Studio specializes in mobile creative experiences and provides services at locations selected by the Client.
The Client is responsible for securing the venue and ensuring the location provides adequate space, safe access, appropriate lighting, tables, seating (when applicable), and any required permissions necessary to host the event.
If the venue is determined to be unsafe or unsuitable for the scheduled activity, Haven reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the experience.
Guest Count
Additional guests may be accommodated when possible and may result in additional charges.
Cancellations
The booking deposit is non-refundable.
Client cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
If Haven must postpone an event due to severe weather, emergencies, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the experience for a mutually agreed date.
Event Changes
Requests to modify the event date, location, or experience package are subject to availability and must be approved by Haven.
Additional travel, materials, or staffing may result in additional charges.
Setup & Cleanup
Haven provides all agreed-upon creative materials and instruction.
Our team will arrive before the scheduled event to complete setup and remain afterward to collect materials and clean the creative workspace.
The Client agrees to provide access to the venue during the scheduled setup and breakdown times.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide a safe and respectful environment for all participants and Haven staff throughout the event.
The Client is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the experience.
Haven reserves the right to end an event without refund if unsafe, illegal, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior occurs.

Governing Law
This Booking Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
By submitting a booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
