Public Event Ticket Policy
Thank you for joining a Haven Art Studio LLC ("Haven") creative experience.Haven creates unique public art events designed to bring people together through creativity, connection, and memorable experiences. These events may take place at restaurants, breweries, businesses, community spaces, and other partner venues.
By purchasing a ticket or attending a Haven public event, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Ticket Purchase & Event Registration
A ticket purchase reserves your place at a specific Haven event on the scheduled date, time, and location selected at checkout.
Tickets must be purchased through Haven’s approved booking platform or authorized event partners.
Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information during registration to receive event updates and important notifications.
Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Haven Art Studio LLC.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferable to another individual when permitted by Haven and provided that the updated participant information is communicated before the event.
Unused tickets, late arrivals, or missed events are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
Event Changes & Cancellations
Haven reserves the right to modify event details, including location, schedule, instructors, or event format when necessary.
If Haven must cancel an event due to severe weather, venue issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include rescheduling or credit toward a future event.
Venue Information
Public events are hosted at partner locations selected by Haven or in collaboration with local venues.
Each venue may have its own rules, policies, food and beverage requirements, age restrictions, or additional guidelines.
Participants agree to respect the venue’s policies while attending a Haven event.
Haven is not responsible for venue services, food, beverages, or conditions outside of Haven’s creative experience.
Participation Guidelines
Haven events are designed to be welcoming, creative, and enjoyable for all participants.
Guests are expected to treat instructors, venue staff, and other attendees with respect.
Haven reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, illegal, or negatively impacts the experience of others.
No refunds or compensation will be provided for participants removed due to inappropriate behavior.
Alcohol & Venue Experiences
Some Haven events may take place at venues where alcoholic beverages are available.
Participants understand that alcohol service, availability, and consumption are managed by the venue.
Participants are responsible for drinking responsibly and maintaining appropriate behavior throughout the event.
Haven reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals who appear excessively intoxicated or whose behavior creates a safety concern.
Art Materials & Creative Experience
Haven provides the creative materials and guided instruction included with the selected event.
Participants understand that final artwork results may vary based on individual creativity, technique, and personal expression.
No previous art experience is required. The goal of every Haven event is to enjoy the creative process and shared experience.
Photography & Media Release
Haven may photograph or record portions of public events for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including use on websites, social media, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
By attending a Haven event, participants grant permission for their likeness to be used unless they notify Haven before or during the event.

Haven may photograph or record portions of the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on its website, social media platforms, printed materials, and other marketing channels.
If the Client or any participant prefers not to appear in photographs or videos, Haven must be notified before the event begins, and every reasonable effort will be made to honor that request.
Release of Liability
Participation in Haven events involves certain inherent risks associated with creative activities, venue environments, and interaction with other participants.
By attending, participants acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to the terms outlined in Haven’s Participant Safety Waiver.

Governing Law
This Public Event Ticket Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
By purchasing a ticket or attending a Haven Art Studio LLC event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
