Private Events & Private Parties Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Haven Art Studio LLC ("Haven") to be part of your special event.
Whether your creative experience takes place at Haven Art Studio, your home, a private venue, a business, a restaurant, a brewery, or another approved location, our goal is to provide a seamless, creative, and memorable experience from beginning to end.
This Booking Policy applies to all private events and private parties organized by Haven Art Studio LLC. By booking an event with Haven, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your event date. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been provided by Haven.
The remaining balance is due 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled event. If payment is not received by the due date, Haven reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
Guest Count
The Client must provide a final guest count at least 7 days before the event.
Once the final guest count has been confirmed, it cannot be reduced. Private events are reserved as group experiences, and the Client is responsible for the agreed package price regardless of attendance.
No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued for absent guests.
Additional guests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Venue Requirements
Private experiences may be hosted at Haven Art Studio or at a Client-selected location approved by Haven.
For off-site events, the Client is responsible for:
-
Securing permission to use the venue.
-
Providing adequate space for the scheduled activity.
-
Ensuring safe and reasonable access for loading, setup, and cleanup.
-
Providing tables, chairs, and any venue amenities agreed upon during the booking process unless otherwise arranged with Haven.
If the venue is determined to be unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for the scheduled experience, Haven reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event as necessary.
Setup & Cleanup
Haven provides all agreed-upon art materials, supplies, and creative instruction.
Our team will arrive before the scheduled start time to complete setup and will remain afterward to collect materials and clean the creative workspace.
The Client is responsible only for providing access to the venue during the agreed setup and breakdown times.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
If the Client cancels the event within 14 days of the scheduled date, all payments received are non-refundable.
If Haven must postpone or reschedule an event due to severe weather, venue closures, emergencies, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, Haven will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event for a mutually agreeable date.
Event Environment
The Client is responsible for providing a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment throughout the event.
The Client is also responsible for the conduct of all participants and guests.
Assumption of Risk & Liability

By participating, all attendees voluntarily assume these risks.
