Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event. Cancellation & Rescheduling All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Haven Art Studio LLC reserves staff, materials, supplies, and venue time specifically for each event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, guest absences, unused time, or changes in attendance. One reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days’ written notice, subject to availability and management approval. Supervision of Minors Parents, legal guardians, or the designated party host are solely responsible for the supervision, conduct, safety, and behavior of all minors attending the event. Haven staff facilitate art activities and are not childcare providers. Children may not be left unattended at any time. Assumption of Risk The party host understands that art activities may involve paint, clay, slime, beads, scissors, small craft items, and other materials. Participation is voluntary, and the host accepts responsibility for informing Haven of any known allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before the event. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the party host releases and holds harmless Haven Art Studio LLC, its owners, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and venue partners from claims arising from participation in the event, except for gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Property & Personal Belongings Any individual who intentionally or recklessly damages Haven Art Studio LLC property may be held financially responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Parents or legal guardians are responsible Photography Unless Haven receives written notice before the event, the party host grants permission for photographs or videos taken during the event to be used for marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes. Right to Refuse Service Haven reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, or end an event without refund if any guest engages in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening, illegal, or destructive behavior. Agreement By submitting a reservation, paying a deposit, or attending the event, the party host confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, which shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
