Cancellation Policy

Private Events & Private Parties Booking Policy By booking a private event with Haven Art Studio LLC ("Haven"), the Client agrees to the following terms. A non-refundable **50% deposit** is required to secure all bookings. Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit is received and written confirmation is provided by Haven. The remaining balance is due **7 days before the event**. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation. Private experiences are hosted at a location selected by the Client. The Client is responsible for securing the venue, providing adequate space, tables, chairs, lighting, and safe access for setup and cleanup. Haven reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel an event if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. The final guest count must be provided at least **7 days prior** to the event. After that date, the guest count cannot be reduced. Private events are booked as group experiences, and the Client remains responsible for the agreed package price regardless of attendance. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within **14 days** of the event are non-refundable. If an event must be postponed due to severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond Haven's control, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule. The Client is responsible for maintaining a safe environment and for the conduct of all guests. Haven reserves the right to end an event without refund if unsafe, illegal, abusive, threatening, disruptive, or excessively intoxicated behavior occurs. Participation in art activities involves inherent risks. By attending, participants voluntarily assume those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Haven Art Studio LLC shall not be liable for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from ordinary negligence. All artwork, class concepts, instructional materials, logos, and related creative content remain the intellectual property of Haven Art Studio LLC. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
